- He is the Founder and President of FULL•LIFE® Centers, a Chicago-based company that offers services for individuals and organizations. FULL•LIFE® individual clients strive to build on strengths and actively design the best life they can live. Organizational clients seek to achieve increased performance, customer satisfaction, and revenues.
- He is the creator of the Spheres Of Life® Coaching Methods and Achilles® Plan which provide unique goal-setting technologies for clients to achieve optimal individual and organizational performance
- He is the founder of Values-based Management Training for optimizing workplaces and improving employee well-being.
- He has served as the WGN and NBC correspondent on diverse coaching issues. He has also been featured in numerous newspapers throughout Chicago, which include the Chicago Reader and the Chicago Sun Times.
- He has provided seminars geared to bring coaching topics to individuals and organizations. He has lectured on topics ranging from: Leadership; Productivity; Avoiding Burnout; Stress; Dating; Relationships; Trauma; Dealing with 9/11; Happiness; Sports Performance; Body Image; Life Balance; Improving the Workplace; Customer Service; and miscellaneous customized topics.
- He is also currently writing a BOOK on his unique methods of working with individual and organizational clients.
- For seven years, Dr. Siegler served as Chairman of Humana Behavioral
Health in Chicago.
- Dr. Siegler served as the Executive Director of Behavioral Managed
Care for the University of Illinois at Chicago. He currently serves
as an Assistant Professor there in the part-time faculty.
- He served as medical director of Integra, a corporation specializing
in employee assistance programs for organizations.
- He is board-certified as a diplomate by the American Board
of Psychiatry and Neurology.
- He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania
in Philadelphia.
- He earned his medical degree from George Washington University
in Washington, DC.
- He served his residency at the New York University/Bellevue
Hospitals in New York City, where he was appointed Chief Resident.
- Dr. Siegler then completed the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation
Clinical Scholars Program in Philadelphia where he also served
as Senior Fellow at the Wharton School of Business.
