These days, everyone calls themselves a coach so people have to be very knowledgeable about who they choose to be their coach. A team of highly credentialed coaches at Full Life Centers are trained in Spheres of Life Coaching by Dr. Siegler, and all possess Masters, Doctorates or Medical Degrees.

Each Spheres of Life coach has a specialized area of expertise, including next-phase career design, life balance, body wellness, couple coaching, leadership, executive and team performance, minority issues, financial issues, family issues, self-esteem, relationship optimization, spirituality, sexuality, men's issues, women's issues, anger management, dating skills, addictions and recovery, and depression and anxiety.

Joe Siegler, MD

As president and founder of Full Life, Dr. Joe Siegler aims to assist both individuals and organizations to achieve desired change by turning vision into a new reality with Spheres of Life Coaching.

Jenny Koss, LCSW

Jenny values the process of assisting individuals toward significant change in their lives. She offers individual and corporate coaching to highly motivated clients. She assists individuals through career and relationship transitions, often times taking them out of their comfort zone for the first time in many months or years. This step often brings them closer to a more productive, fulfilled, lucrative, and enjoyable life.

Jenny enjoys walking into Full Life, as she states, “It is a place that each one of the individuals that I work with is always stepping closer to their ultimate goal. The unique thing about Full Life is my clients get to enhance many areas of their life such as money, relationships and finding that career that they enjoy. This is a lot of hard work but they sure seem to enjoy the journey.

Over the years, Jenny has built an solid foundation with her Master’s degree in Social Work and has become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her training has expanded from there to become certified in Spheres of Life coaching at Full Life and continues to attain continuing specialty training.

Joel Neuberger, LCSW, GSADC

Joel assists individuals and corporate executives to overcome the barriers impeding them from achieving their full potential. He serves as a motivator and problem solving coach through partnering with the client on a step-by-step approach to achieving one’s goals.

Throughout Joel’s involvement with Full Life, he states "I regard the ability to assist individuals in tapping into their own strengths and abilities to be successful. I also value the partnership that is developed with a client in thinking out of the box and challenging self-defeating attitudes and behaviors and creating new strengths."

Joel has been involved in the coaching field for many years and has the following credentials: Master’s degree in Social Work; Licensed Clinical Social Worker; Board Certified Social Worker; and Certified Supervisor Advisor Drug Abuse Counselor. He also serves on the Board of Certified Social Workers; Academy of Clinical Social Workers; and the Board of Directors for State Certified Addictions Counselors. Joel has been certified in Spheres of Life coaching at Full Life since its conception and continues to assist in developing new approaches for working with clients at Full Life as future for the center as constant growth occurs.

Kelli Canada, LCSW

In her coaching practice, Kelli, works with individuals to improve and enhance achievement of goals and quality of life. “I have found that people respond enthusiastically to coaching,” Kelly says. “Full Life provides a warm and supportive environment for them to begin that journey and achieve results.”

Areas of expertise include: career, interpersonal communication, stress and financial management, as well as family relations. “My personal goals as a coach are to connect with my clients and create a supportive structure with which we can face life challenges head on, create future oriented goals, and implement strategies to improve and strengthen life experiences,” she shares.

Kelli received her M.S.W. from Columbia University. She has spent the last six years fine-tuning her education through trainings in coaching, domestic violence, and crisis work. Most recently, she went back to school to pursue her doctorate degree in Social Work at the University of Chicago.
