In this edition of the Amplifier™, the Work Sphere Edition, we are featuring Jenny Koss, LCSW. Ms. Koss was one of the first life coaches to come on board with Dr. Siegler, the founder of FULL•LIFE® CENTERS. She has coached individual clients at FULL•LIFE® throughout the past two years and has continued to increase her involvement as her current practice grows.

After meeting Dr. Siegler at a seminar in 2002, it was Dr. Siegler’s passion and complete dedication to FULL•LIFE® CENTERS becoming a one-of-a-kind organization that inspired me to become a vital part of his team. He really had a vision. Over the course of the last 2 1/2 years, I continued to be inspired by the evolution of new coaching technologies that assist clients in moving closer to their goals. Dr. Siegler’s relentless devotion towards improvement in every aspect of the lives of clients and coaches amazes me!

Traditional therapy typically provides insight into past experiences but often ends there. What interested me in becoming a certified life coach at FULL•LIFE® was coaching technologies that go where traditional therapy ends. We not only provide insight into past behaviors but use that insight to facilitate change. Unlike other “life coaches’ I like the fact that each coach at FULL•LIFE® is credentialed in the social sciences and has experience working in traditional therapy.

From the moment someone walks in the door, it doesn’t look anything like a traditional therapy center. FULL•LIFE® is open, bright, warm and inviting. The energy is positive; people want to be there. The most unique part is the coaching technologies and the dedication toward constant betterment of the staff and clients.

A great deal of attention is paid to the relationship between coach and client. This relationship is interactive, supportive and challenges the client. The accountability that accompanies homework assignments is a vital part of clients moving outside their comfort zone to learn more about themselves and move closer to achieving a more ideal life.

Another factor that keeps me constantly improving is the importance I place on my personal time. It gives me energy to recharge so I can be at 100% when I’m with clients. Putting forth energy to continually challenge myself to lead my best life possible allows me to truly "practice what I preach" to my clients. It is very important to spend time with people that I care about in order for me to be more fulfilled and connected to others. I love trying new restaurants, cooking for friends and family, running, and going for walks with my dog. I do all of the above for true fun.

My personal goals as FULL•LIFE® CENTERS continues to expand are to continually challenge myself with new coaching technologies. I set high expectations for myself just as I do for my clients.
